Admin Assistant required for therapy and training centre in Glasgow city centre.

The Garnethill Centre was founded in 1980 and specialises in the provision of one-to-one counselling, group therapy and in counselling and counselling skills. The Centre operates with a team of core staff and external practitioners providing counselling, training, and supervision. Provision of a quality and confidential service for our clients, counsellors and students is at the heart of everything we do.

Based in Glasgow city centre, the Garnethill Centre is accessible by train, bus, car, and cycle, serving staff, associates, and students across the Central Belt of Scotland and beyond.

The role involves working with the centre's Administrator to ensure the smooth administration of the centre.
Duties include:
basic bookkeeping;
office administration;
filing;
updating records;
printing and copying;
helping to organise and maintain our student library;
and potentially telephone and reception duties.

Travel details

The centre is in Glasgow city centre, just off Sauchiehall Street. It is 2 minutes walk from Cowcaddens subway station and approximately 10 minutes walk from Glasgow Queen Street, Glasgow Central and Charing Cross train stations. There is a multi story car park on Cambridge Street (2 minutes walk) for those driving to the centre.
