Volunteer Content Creator

We;re looking for volunteer content creators to share their experiences of disabled access! This could be in your local area of South Lanarkshire or beyond.

As a volunteer content creator for Euan’s Guide, the disabled access charity, you will have the opportunity to help disabled people make their voices heard. This could be through writing reviews and blog posts, our social media channels, or by helping us spread the word about Euan’s Guide in general.

You will be supported by a small, friendly team, and we’ll help you learn more about Euan’s Guide, what we do, and how our small but might charity makes a positive difference to the lives of disabled people.

This opportunity is flexible to work around your commitments and lifestyle. You can volunteer from home, or visit our offices in Edinburgh, or when you’re out and about visiting places - whatever suits you!

You can give as much or as little time as you like, from three weeks to three months! If this is something that would be of interest to you, we would love to hear from you!

No formal experience is needed for this role, but some skills that may be helpful are:

IT experience
experience of using social media platforms
being able to work independently or as part of a team
good communications skills

What’s in it for you? Developing and learning new skills, being part of a friendly and welcoming team both within Euan’s Guide and our on and offline community.
Interested volunteer content creators will be invited for an informal chat either in person or online to find out more about you, your interests and experiences, and what you hope to get out of the opportunity.

Pre-agreed expenses will be paid to volunteers following discussion with a member of the Euan’s Guide team.

This volunteering opportunity will close on the 15th of June 2025
