Uphold Citizens Advice Bureau quality standards and work effectively to achieve targets.
Remain committed to the goals, principles, and policies of the Citizens Advice Bureau service in all aspects of service delivery.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, handling sensitive information according to applicable laws and organisational procedures.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming waiting area for clients.
Conduct exit interviews with clients as necessary.
Regularly attend local team meetings for updates and to share information collaboratively.
Experience required
Good communication skills
Experience in software packages such as Microsoft Office.
Enjoy helping people
Prepared to commit to one session per week.
