East Kilbride Community Trust
- VO102721
Our current volunteers lead our health walk 10:30-11:30 each Wednesday, they then sit in our communal area and have a friendly chat and cuppa with our walkers, volunteers job in this instance is just to be an ear to listen to anyone who needs it during this time. Our volunteers also meet up every Friday from 10:30 for around 2 hours and carry out any jobs needed in the woods. This can include litter picking, tree trimming, planting, painting. Volunteers have the option of attending either wednesday or friday or both. Volunteers also attend any events we have for example halloween and help out when they can.
