Are you ready to make a difference in your community?
Leith Festival are looking for passionate volunteers from Leith and surrounding areas to help bring this year's festival to life! Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to the scene, we encourage people from all backgrounds and experiences.

Volunteering details

Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the festival across various platforms (social media, flyers, posters, etc.).
Help engage with local businesses, schools, and community groups to raise awareness.
Distribute festival materials, such as programmes, posters and flyers around Leith and surrounding areas.
Assist with a wide variety of events during the festival week (June 14th–22nd).
Support event organisers with logistics such as setting up venues, assisting performers.

Office at 1st, 17 Academy St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 7EE
Tram or bus from Princes Street or a 25 minutes walk from city centre.

Training details

Training will be held prior to the event and a volunteer handbook will be sent to each person. Additionally, complementary informal volunteers meeting will be held in the months of May and June for volunteers to get to know each other.
