Advice Line 'Know Your Rights' Volunteer

he Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) refreshed No Life Half Lived strategy is to ensure that we can be there for anyone who needs us. Our vision is to help shape a Scotland where people with our conditions can live their lives well. Full Lives, with the right support, at the right time, and in the right place.

The Advice Line team offer a single point of access to our services and offer support to people to manage their condition and live life to the full.

Join our Advice Line team providing telephone and/or video call support to people affected by chest or heart conditions, stroke or Long Covid, to gain information about their rights living with a long-term condition to feel better prepared to make choices about their health care.

You will have the opportunity to meet new people and make a real difference to those impacted by one or more of our conditions.

If you are interested, please click the ‘Apply’ button below (available when logged in and registered). You will then be contacted by the coordinator by email or phone call. If you have not heard back after 5 working days, the first step is to contact the organisation with the contact details provided. You could also check your junk/spam folder for your emails just in case the response is there. If that doesn’t work out, please feel free to contact Volunteer Glasgow at info@volunteerglasgow.org.
