Delivery Drivers support the organisation by helping us reduce the pressure on companions and providing a safe and trustworthy method of delivering much needed items to clients.

Delivery Drivers play a vital role at Amma by reducing the pressure on companions and ensuring essential items are delivered safely and reliably to the families we support.

This is a flexible, on-call volunteer position. You’ll be added to a WhatsApp group where delivery opportunities are shared regularly, you simply respond when you're available. (Please note: items stored at our office must be collected during regular working hours.)

As a Delivery Driver, you might help by:

Collecting and delivering baby items such as prams, furniture, and supplies from our office or the baby bank to clients' homes.

Carrying items into homes and occasionally helping to set them up (e.g., assembling a cot).

Distributing gifts to clients during the holiday period.

The next training session is Thursday 29 May, 10am–2pm at our Glasgow city centre office.
