Volunteer Accountant Wanted
Are you a qualified chartered accountant or experienced bookkeeper looking to give back to your community? Join us as a Volunteer Accountant and help our charity stay financially strong.
The Role:
As our Volunteer Accountant, you’ll play a key role in:
Maintaining accurate financial records
Preparing financial reports
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Supporting with annual audits and regulatory compliance (Accounts to OSCR)
Advising on financial best practices
Time Commitment:
Flexible – we estimate 4–8 hours per month, but we're happy to work around your schedule.
What We're Looking For:
A background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and integrity
A collaborative spirit and passion for charitable work
