- Having organic conversations with event participants and members of the public about the event, nature and the work of the RSPB. This will include talking to children and their families, so it is helpful to have the ability to adapt your communitication style.
- Event planning , coordination and delivery, including the option to share your own ideas and bring them to fruition.
- Being aware of Health and Safety indoors and outdoors, recognising that these are changeable when working outdoors. Training will be given.
- Participating in event reviews and providing constructive feedback.
