We’re recruiting for Breastfeeding Peer Supporters📣
♥️ Would you like to support local families to breastfeed in the Dunbar Area ?
♥️ Have you received support with breastfeeding and would like to give something back? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for volunteer breastfeeding peer supporters in Dunbar and surrounding areas.
Volunteers will require:
♥️ Minimum 6 months breast-chest feeding experience
♥️ Commitment to training online with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers
♥️ Commitment to volunteering for 1 hour a month for a minimum of 6 months
Support
Training details
Breastfeeding peer support training with Association of breastfeeding mothers, Safeguarding, trauma informed practice . Other training available if required.

Volunteers (aged 16-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
