General Volunteer

We’re always looking for enthusiastic people to support our work by joining our wonderful team of volunteers.
We have a range of opportunities for you to get involved with. With a variety of roles supporting our awareness work and our fundraising, there is something for everyone.

By becoming a volunteer, you’ll be helping towards our goal of building a future where nobody dies of bowel cancer. You’ll receive regular updates in our volunteer newsletter, ongoing support from our volunteering team as well as the opportunity to:

  • make a direct difference to people affected by bowel cancer and share your own experiences

  • connect with other volunteers at events and our virtual and in-person meet ups throughout the year

  • build your confidence and personal development through our e-learning modules.

We have a wide variety of roles from peer support, campaigning, one-off events and fundraising. For more information and to apply, please visit our website: https://www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk/support-us/volunteer-roles/
