Duties:

Help set up and assist in the delivery of activities, events, groups, and projects
for young people

Encourage young people to participate in activities, events, groups, and projects delivered by the CDT

Create and maintain a positive, trusting, and respectful relationship with the young people

Attributes:

Be patient, compassionate, consistent and non-judgemental

Good interpersonal skills
