Fundraiser

A Veteran's Best Friend is a Scottish Charity dedicated to supporting veterans. They provide financial support to help train and partner rescue dogs (veterans' pet dogs can be considered too) with armed forces veterans to assist them with mental health needs.
They are looking for fundraisers to join their volunteer team to help raise money to be able to support more local veterans and rescue dogs to partner together for their wellbeing. As a fundraiser, you can get involved in a number of different ways, including supporting local collections, volunteering at events to raise money and awareness of the charity, and more.
If you would like to make a real difference to your local community, and help raise money for an important service, this could be the role for you.

Experience required

Previous experience of fundraising would be ideal, but is not necessary as volunteers will receive training and support. The most important thing is to be passionate about supporting veterans and support dogs.
