Fundraiser

Looking to make a difference with limited time? Join your local Guide Dogs fundraising group as a Volunteer Fundraiser and help raise vital funds to support people with sight loss. Your role may include helping at stalls during local events, placing collection boxes in businesses, manning donation points, tracking stall sales (including cuddly toys!), counting donations, and working with a friendly team to plan fundraising activities.
Ideal volunteers enjoy social interaction and have good communication skills. In return, you’ll receive support from a dedicated volunteer manager, gain satisfaction from helping others live independently, and have opportunities to build interpersonal and communication skills. It’s a flexible, rewarding way to contribute to a meaningful cause while connecting with your community.

Ideally you will:
• Have good communication skills.
• Enjoy spending time with others.
