Merchandise Coordinator

Are you organised, creative, and passionate about making a difference? Join Guide Dogs as a Merchandise Coordinator and help support their life-changing work for people with sight loss.
In this rewarding role, you’ll manage and promote merchandise, support fundraising events, and engage closely with volunteers and supporters. You’ll help ensure our products reflect the values and impact of Guide Dogs while providing excellent service to our community.
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate stock, orders, and deliveries
• Support fundraising teams and events
• Develop new merchandise ideas
• Maintain accurate records

Experience required

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, positive attitude
• Experience in retail or events (Not Essential)

Travel details

Events will take place within 15 miles of Dunfermline.

Travel expenses

Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed. These should be discussed with your Line Manager prior to outlay and must be submitted within the prescribed guidelines as detailed in the Guide Dogs Volunteer Expenses Policy.

Support
Training details

Guide Dogs will provide an induction and ongoing support. You can be part of a supportive team, volunteer flexibly and access training and development opportunities.
