Administration and Events Volunteer

Quarriers Intandem Mentoring Service recruits volunteer mentors in local communities across Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire, the mentors seek to help children aged 8-14 years who are looked after at home.

Quarriers are looking for an administration and events volunteer to support in planning with Christmas/summer events. Tasks for this role can include:
*database input
*filing
*updating volunteer recruitment files
*use of spreadsheets
*other general admin duties

Quarriers would also look for the volunteer to represent the service at volunteer recruitment events and help with leaflet drops to assist with the recruitment of new volunteers. The service is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and motivated volunteer to join the team to help support this work.


Experience required

Good interpersonal skills, IT skills and an ability to spend some time sorting through paperwork as there is a lot of filing to be completed.
Someone who is friendly, willing to work as part of the team as well as capable of working on their own.
