About this event
You will be a calm techy person who loves trouble-shooting problems. You will be responsible for making sure the tech for the talks and workshops is working, help set up for each area and be on call if something doesn’t work as it should.

You will be a calm techy person who loves trouble-shooting problems. You will be responsible for making sure the tech for the talks and workshops is working, help set up for each area and be on call if something doesn’t work as it should.
You will need to be:
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with setting up laptops, monitors, mics, sound systems and various assorted cables and connections.
- Flexible and able to troubleshoot or improvise if necessary (every year, something always breaks down at the last moment!)
- Calm in a crisis

Travel details
The comic con will take place in Stornoway town centre. Volunteers must be able to get to the venue.
Travel expenses
No expenses but all subsistence provided, plus a follow up thank you celebration.
