Trustee Opportunities

Almond Valley is an award-winning family attraction and heritage charity at the heart of West Lothian. Welcoming over 150,000 visitors each year to our museum, rare breed farm, play spaces, and landscaped grounds, we are proud to inspire curiosity, joy, and connection for all ages.

We’re looking for new Trustees to join our Board and help guide Almond Valley through an exciting period of growth and transformation. This voluntary role offers the chance to use your skills to shape the future of one of Scotland’s most loved heritage charities.

We’re especially keen to hear from people with expertise in:

Human Resources

PR, Marketing & Communications

Arts & Culture

Fundraising

No previous trustee experience is required – just enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a commitment to our vision. The Board meets around six times a year, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
