Join us for a heartwarming weekend at the Mary’s Meals Christmas Market in Glasgow! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help create a joyful, festive event — all while supporting a cause that changes lives.
Dates:
Saturday 15 November, 10.30am–5pm
Sunday 16 November, 12pm–5pm
Venue: The Social Hub, 15 Candleriggs, Glasgow, G1 1TQ
(Easily reached by public transport, with discounted parking nearby.)
Lots of different opportunities:
• Welcome visitors and offer directions
• Assist on stalls and sell raffle/tombola tickets
• Help with set-up and tidy-up
• Spread festive cheer!

You’ll meet new people, be part of a brilliant community event, and help Mary’s Meals feed children in some of the world’s poorest communities.
No experience needed — just bring your enthusiasm and a smile! We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experiences!

Experience required
We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experiences! While no specific skills are necessary, the following abilities would be helpful:
Friendly Communication: A positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests are essential.
Customer Service: Experience in customer service can enhance the experience for attendees.
Teamwork: Being able to work well with others and support fellow volunteers is key.
Adaptability: Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.

The Mary’s Meals Christmas Market will be held at The Social Hub, 15 Candleriggs, Glasgow, G1 1TQ, located in the heart of the Merchant City. The venue is easily accessible by public transport, with Glasgow Queen Street and High Street train stations, as well as Buchanan Street Subway Station, all within walking distance.
For those travelling by car, discounted parking is available nearby when tickets are validated at the venue.
