Opportunity Summary
We’re excited to be back at Buchanan Galleries for another magical Christmas season! Our much-loved activities are returning, with an extra sparkle added to Santa’s Grotto this year – and we’d love your support to make it all happen. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with:
Christmas Pop-Up Shop – greet customers and process sales
Gift Wrapping Station – wrap presents with care (from Friday 12th December onwards)
Choir Collections – help fundraise while our wonderful choirs perform (from Saturday 29th November onwards)
Santa’s Grotto – support Santa and his elf by assisting children with their ‘Letters to Santa’ and festive colouring sheets (every Saturday & Sunday from 6th December onwards, plus Monday–Wednesday before Christmas)
Each role is clearly defined, so you can pick from the above activities and you’ll know exactly what you’re signing up for.
Join us to spread Christmas cheer, get into the festive spirit, and help raise vital funds for the families we support.
