Since its inception, the company has blazed a trail of high-quality work, bringing together exceptional artists with and without disabilities to create powerful and engaging performances for audiences of all ages, reaching over 30,000 people across the world.

The Board of Directors are responsible for establishing and maintaining the values and aims of the organisation, and, with the Artistic Director and Executive Producer, for developing long-term strategies and planning. Board Members should be engaged and passionate about Marc Brew Company’s work and be committed to the future development of inclusive dance in Scotland and internationally.

Can offer specific expertise and knowledge in relevant fields
Are not afraid to speak their mind in a respectful way
Have the ability to advocate for the organisation
