Connect Alloa would be looking for a youth worker volunteer who is passionate about supporting young people, has good communication skills, and can build positive relationships. They should be reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to create a safe and inclusive environment where young people can thrive. Experience working with youth is a plus, but a caring attitude and a commitment to making a difference are most important.
