Volunteer Mentor (Grandmentors Fife)

Grandmentors Fife is an intergenerational mentoring programme supporting young people aged 16–26 who may have experienced care, trauma, or challenges with their mental health.
They are looking for volunteer mentors (typically aged 50+) to build a positive, one-to-one relationship with a young person and support them to move forward in life.
As a mentor, you’ll meet regularly with a young person, offering encouragement, sharing life experience, and helping them develop confidence, independence, and skills around things like education, employment, and wellbeing.
This is a flexible and rewarding role where you can make a real difference in your local community. Full training, ongoing support, and expenses are provided.
If you’re a good listener, patient, and committed, this could be a great opportunity to give something back.
