Helping Hands Volunteer

Central Wellbeing is a peer support mental health charity established in 2021 and based in the heart of Falkirk dedicated to providing compassion, understanding and a safe space for those navigating the challenges of poor mental health. Central Wellbeing do this through facilitating peer support groups and community activities in the Falkirk Valley area.
Support small practical tasks that keep the space running smoothly.
Central Wellbeing are looking for volunteers who are happy to help with small, practical tasks around the hub, such as putting up shelves, fixing simple items or helping with light maintenance.
These quick, one-off tasks help keep their space welcoming and accessible for everyone who uses it.
This is a flexible role you can dip in and out of when it suits you. It’s a great way to use practical skills, stay active and make a visible difference in your community.

Experience required

Trades experience would be advantageous but not required. A practical approach and willingness to help with small tasks is useful.

Travel expenses can be reimbursed - will be discussed with volunteers.
