Funeral Link prevent funeral poverty in Dundee by offering confidential support and helping the bereaved to save money on all things relating to a funeral. You will help us to support people who come into our Drop-In Centre for information, a meeting, a group or just a coffee.
You will work alongside Funeral Link staff to:
· Welcome visitors to the Centre
· Provide teas and coffees to visitors to the Centre
· Provide an empathetic listening ear to visitors to the Centre
Experience required
Experience of bereavement or loss, good listener, friendly manner.

Training details
One session about the ethos of the organisation, the work we do, our expectations of our volunteers and how we support our volunteers. A second about grief and listening skills.
Taster
We would welcome the volunteer to come along before they start.
