Had a fantastic day volunteering at the Aberdeen Kiltwalk on Sunday 2nd June 2024. My role was to cycle up and down my particular Zone 2 and make sure everyone was ok as they walked through Zone 2 on to Zone 3.
The weather was very kind indeed, not to hot and not to cold. The trees along the old South Deeside railway track provided shade from the sun. Around 4000 walkers are believed to have walked from Duthie Park in Aberdeen along the line to Banchory.
