"We were invited to the Rocking Horse Ball where I heard first-hand from parents who had been through devastating times in their lives. More recently, I heard a parent talk at a Holyrood reception about finding joy through CHAS. It was so touching."
After hearing families supported by CHAS share their experiences, Fraser was moved to volunteer with us. As the Head of Client Services and a Director at Clean Digital in Leith, his skills perfectly suited one of our volunteering roles. Fraser is now the Digital Champion at our profit-with-purpose exclusive use venue Ardoch Loch Lomond, supporting online sales and strategy.
“Through my wife’s previous role as a Fundraising Manager, I’d been to event cheer points and bucket shakes in supermarkets. I would have been keen to do that, but very fortunately I found that CHAS had the exact need for what I do 9-5. Perfect timing – it was meant to be.”
