Gemma collins

My name is Gemma, I am 30 years old and a mother of 4. I started volunteering for Man On Inverclyde's womens service on a Tuesday morning (TalkOn). I was using the service prior to volunteering as a means to discuss my own mental health and wellbeing and found the service so rewarding and beneficial to be in a group of like minded women. I jumped at the chance when I was asked if I would like to start volunteering, since starting my volunteering role I have participated in several courses including peer support and suicide prevention and awareness.

I want to have the opportunity to thank the staff, volunteers and service users from Man On for providing me the opportunity that I have been given it has been awesome
