Erskine Motorbike Meet - Sunday 26th May 2024

About this event

The Erskine Motorbike Meet is the biggest bike meet throughout the west of Scotland. You can expect over 1,000 bikes, a fun filled family village, market stalls and some amazing food. There will be enjoyment for everyone with a bouncy castle and bungee jump for the daring!

We are looking for volunteers with availability morning and afternoon on Sunday 26th May 2024.

As a thank you for helping, you will receive free access to the Motorbike Meet. It is always a fantastic fun event, with the chance for civilians to mingle with some of our inspiring veterans – everyone is welcome!

Travel information: When visiting the Erskine Motorbike Meet, please park at our Dedicated Event Car Park kindly provided by our neighbours at DXC Technology! Please follow road signage to DXC Technology / Event Parking. Then hop on our free shuttle bus, kindly provided by McGill's Buses.


Volunteering details

We need your help! Can you please spare 2 hours to support this event and help us with bucket collecting to raise vital funds for our veterans - Scotland’s Ex-Service men and women.

We are looking for volunteers with a happy friendly personality, you don’t need previous experience, we will give full training and support. The event is fully accessible, and volunteers can bring additional support if required.

Please help with setting up, selling raffle tickets, collecting donations and running the Erskine Stands.


You can choose a 2 hour session between 11:30am and 5pm (or more) on Sunday 26th May to help us bucket collect and welcome everyone along!
