C-19 Cafe aims to provide new opportunities for people living with Long Covid to come together and share their experiences and issues in a safe and non judgmental environment. We will also promote new holistic approaches and techniques to managing a number of Long Covid symptoms, which will help to enhance some participants physical health. By creating a space and supporting people to come together and connect, we believe participants will feel more confident managing their own health and wellbeing and will have more diverse choice of support within their community.
