The St Magnus Way is a 58 mile long walk on Egilsay and Orkney Mainland organised and maintained by volunteers. It is based on what is known of the history of St Magnus and the route taken by his body and later his bones from Egilsay, where he was martyred, to the cathedral in Kirkwall that was built in his memory. It is divided into six sections each having a theme e.g. peace, forgiveness. Full walking information, maps, photos, historical and reflective and other materials are on the website and app.
