Falkirk Citizens Advice Bureau provides a free, confidental and independent quality advocacy and advisory service to the inhabitants within the Falkirk Council area and strives to ensure every person in the Falkirk Council area has equal access to the Citizens Advice Bureau service.

We aim to:-

• Ensure individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the service available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively.

• Ensure all citizens will have increased choices when it comes to financial products and services.

• Increase people's understanding of the consequences of the choices they make with regards to their finances.

• Maximise the income of households that rely on benefits.

• Reduce levels of debt.
