Healthy and Active in East Kilbride (formerly Older and Active in East Kilbride), a registered charity, has been based within East Kilbride Town Centre since 2003. Over the past couple of years they have introduced new services which all have the main aim of providing services which help people with disabilities and encourage active ageing, maintaining independence, remaining included within their own community and enjoy a good qualify of life, health and wellbeing.
The service is available 7 days per week, 52 weeks of the year.
