The principle objective of the SBRCC is to provide high-quality support services to survivors of sexual violence. We provide free and confidential emotional and practical support, information and advocacy to self-identifying females over the age of 18 and to survivors of all gender/gender identity between the age of 12 and18, living in the Scottish Borders area, who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives. We also offer support to survivors’ partners, friends and families. We aim to promote awareness and understanding of the causes and prevention of sexual violence and the mitigation of its effects.
