The main aim of Western Isles Womens Aid is to provide support, counselling and refuge to abused women and children. There is also a drop in centre for women and children. Advice is also on offer including legal, money, lifestyle, etc. There is also an outreach service where a worker will visit past clients to offer support and a friendly ear. There is also a 24 hour on call service so a trained member of staff can be contacted at any time.
