A pilot scheme ran by ROOTS HHFS Food Bank in conjunction with Falkirk Council assisting those moving forward from homelessness move into accommodation. Offering the van to transport items, sourcing and collecting start up items for those who are moving with little to nothing. Contact must be through Falkirk Council homelessness referrals. This project is Falkirk wide.
