Working Rite is an award winning social enterprise and charity. We have pioneered a work-based learning and mentoring model for 16 -24 year olds that has been successfully replicated in over a dozen cities, towns and rural areas in the UK. We provide a unique supported learning and development opportunity that is overwhelmingly workplace based rather than classroom focused. By matching youngsters with a skilled business tradesperson we provide practical on-the-job training that employers need and want. We have an 83% success rate of progressing the youngsters into full-time employment or apprenticeships.
