Shallion Support is a unique, non-medical home support service designed to assist individuals living with autoimmune conditions such as M.E., Lupus, Long Covid, PTSD and Fibromyalgia. We help people manage daily tasks that can be overwhelming due to fatigue, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our services include meal planning and preparation, managing appointments, light housekeeping, and offering companionship. At the heart of our work is a commitment to reducing isolation and providing vital support for those in need.
As we are a growing social enterprise, we are seeking compassionate volunteers who are interested in making a real difference in the lives of those with autoimmune conditions. Volunteers will have the opportunity to support clients in a flexible and meaningful way, while gaining valuable experience and contributing to a community-focused service. We offer a supportive environment for our volunteers, ensuring they have the guidance and resources as they help others lead fulfilling lives.
