The Biggar and Upper Clydesdale Museum explores 14,000 years of rural and small town life in Upper Clydesdale. It is an independent museum managed by Biggar Museum Trust, and is heavily dependent on the work of its volunteers. Biggar & Upper Clydesdale Museums mission is to preserve and interpret the historic heritage of Biggar and the Upper Ward of Clydesdale. The vision of Biggar Museum Trust is upheld by the following aims, to provide an educational and enjoyable experience for all ages, to make the collection and archive as accessible to as many people as possible and to act as one of the focal points for local community endeavour. Volunteering Opportunities include Till Operators, Cataloguers, Archivist, Maintenance, Operational volunteers
