General office duties that include: typing letters & minutes, completing mail shots, maintaining filing systems, photocoping & laminating and assisting others to complete relevant paper work
Experience required
Previous experience of working in an office/administration environment. Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Access. Confidentiality is essential in this role.

The Focus Adult Learning Centre, Primrose Place, Saltcoats
Restrictions
Minimum age: 16
Volunteers (aged 16-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
