• To sell and promote retail products in the David Livingstone Birthplace Shop (EPOS).
• To merchandise products.
• Talking to visitors.
• Collecting feedback from visitors.
• To manage and monitor cash transactions.
• To help with the cleaning of the shop (particularly at the end of the day) - e.g. brushing and mopping the floor.

Experience required

No Expertise, Good Communicator,Sociable,Team Player,Trustworthy,Good customer service skills

The opportunity takes place at multiple location across South Lanarkshire
Blantyre

Travel expenses

Volunteers can claim up to £5 per shift for travel

Training details

Retail volunteers will do shadow shifts with experienced volunteers as part of their till training.

Restrictions

Minimum age: 16
No Gender Restriction, Some accessibility issues within the museum/shop and thus may not be suitable for a wheelchair user.
