Tasks include the following:
Providing a safe girl-only space where girls can discover their full potential.
Creating and delivering an accessible and inclusive programme as set out by Girlguiding.
Encouraging and supporting members in making decisions within the unit and the wider Girlguiding community.
Completing relevant training and encouraging other members of the team to develop their skills.
Overseeing unit administration and finance.
Complying with policies and regulations.

Experience required

Good communication skills.
Friendly, approachable and organised.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Creative and enthusiastic.
Committed to ongoing personal development.
Enjoys working with young people.

Travel details

We are looking for Leaders in Balerno, Currie, Fairmilehead, Comiston and Davidson's Mains areas of Edinburgh. Further information can be shared when you enquire.
