As part of The BB you will help plan and deliver a safe and exciting programme for our young people, making sure everyone reaches their full potential and has the opportunity to gain a wide range of badges, awards, experiences, and develop skills for life. As part of our team you will be supported and empowered to deliver this and share best practice. Giving up just one hour of your week could make a huge difference.

Experience required

Do I need any particular skills? No – just an attitude that is positive about children and young people, or as we say, have faith in young people. Of course, if you do have skills you can bring then fantastic! However, we value every volunteer just as we value every child and young person.

Our younger section meets each Wednesday night from 6.30-8.30pm and our secondary school age section meets on Friday nights 7-9.30pm.
