Administration Support-Certificates

No matter how good our services are, we can't properly support our community well if we don't have good Support people in the team. If this sounds like you?... we would love you to consider volunteering with us for a few hours per week.

We are looking for someone who will engage with the local primary schools to promote our CoVa (Certificate of Volunteering Activity) Certification scheme for their pupils, the role includes contacting the schools to let them know about the scheme, getting a named contact for certification, send the CoVa register to ask the volunteers name, activity they completed and date of certification, on return of the register volunteer certificates need to be printed and batched for distribution. In addition to the Schools anyone in West Dunbartonshire can apply for a CoVa certificate where the same process is followed.

WDCVS VISA employability scheme is where volunteers who are actively seeking work can brush up on the skills that employers are looking for, the VISA certificate highlights the skills that the volunteer has achieved in their role and the certificate can be created and sent to them as a PDF, as an admin volunteer you would be expected to receive the information produce the certificate and issue the certificate through email to the volunteer.
