Volunteers will be trained to support participant's engagement in these classes, help with the set up of the room and provide a cuppa and chat to the older people.

Experience required

A person that is helpful, friendly and supportive to older people. No dance experience is required as the class is gentle movement. Volunteers would be required to join in activities and support the older person's engagement.
