This role involves using personal experience as a peer worker/volunteer to raise awareness/promote understanding about peer work. Previous discussions in the group have included pay and peer work, opportunities to progress in peer work, language in peer work and employer’s understanding of peer work.
Experience required
You will need personal experience of having worked/volunteered in a peer way (using your lived experience of mental health issues in an intentional way to help others) in Edinburgh and be willing to share experiences with people from different backgrounds.

Meetings take place in person or online.
