The Swing Cafe is located within Colinton Parish Church, Dell Road, Colinton, Edinburgh, and is run by volunteers whose tasks vary from serving our customers, clearing tables, preparing food and washing up/operating the dishwasher. Our volunteers work two to six hours on a weekly or fornightly rota. The choice is yours. The Swing Cafe opened in 1999, with the aim or providing a welcoming space for Colinton folk and beyond. The name originated from a poem by Robert Louis Stevenson.

Experience required

No specific skills are required. Reading and writing if serving our customers, some culinary skills if carrying out food preparation. washing up. training on the job is available.

Travel details

The Swing Cafe is located within Colinton Parish Church, Dell Road, Colinton, Edinburgh. It is on the 10, 16, 45 and 400 bus routes. If you drive, free street parking is available.
