Our new charity shop will have a family area with soft play.
Your key duties will be:
- Monitoring and supervision of our soft play and events to ensure that children are playing and engaging safely
- Greeting, helping and serving customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Managing bookings, recording details and ensuring security of the area
- Ensuring the area is safe and clean before and during use
- Fundraising: providing visitors with information on GCHC fundraising and events

Experience required
Excellent communication skills, friendly and approachable. - Enjoy working with the public - Confidence in cash handling. - Excellent customer care skills. - Proactive and helpful approach to visitors

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 16
Volunteers (aged 16-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
