Volunteers participate in all aspects of shop work. Activities include stock control, sorting, tagging and replenishing items for sale. Volunteers will also help with merchandising, customer service, cash handling and window dressing.
Experience required
No skills or experience are required as full training will be given. However, the right attitude to Volunteering and the right motive to volunteer is desired. The volunteer will be invited along to the shop to meet with the manager and a trial period will be arranged. Due to the Stevenston store being mainly heavy furniture and electrical goods a good level of physical capability will be required.
