Furniture Repairer / Joiner

Tayside Re-Users need volunteers who can fix furniture. Furniture repairers play an important role in ensuring that many items which would otherwise be thrown away are recycled and sold in their shop. If you have a background in furniture repair or joinery, this role is perfect for you! Or come and learn some new skills in sanding, painting and varnishing.

Tayside Re-Users, Unit 1 South Dudhope Mill, 75 Douglas Street, Dundee. North of Verdant Works and buses 7, 17, 28, 29, 51, 57 & 59 - stop just up the road on Lochee Road near Smellies Lane.

Travel expenses

Daily/weekly travel expenses reimbursed. Lunch £4 per day.

Training details

Volunteers will be introduced to the team and shown their area of work. Initial training for the role will be given where appropriate.
